Another good winning pick yesterday, as the Bulgarian Ace beat his opponent of Japan in straight sets as both reached in the second set a tie-break and this make our pick successful. The next interesting game which we found of the daily tennis program is coming from ATP, New York, the USA between Ryan Harris and Ivo Karlovic.
The giant Croatian Ace has the most powerful service in the world, moreover, currently, he stays on the 89th position in ATP World ranking, while the American rocket sits on the 44th position. Against each other, both players are met only once since 2015 Acapulco, Mexico and the American Ace beat the giant Croatian in three long sets.
First set tie-break at 2.10 odds is a joke. Ivo Karlovic has gone to 6:6 in 66% of the sets he is played so far this season. 10 of his previous 20 meetings have had a 1st set tie-break. Should be even, therefore Karlovic can beat him in straight sets, as the first one include a tie-break.
Unfortunately, Denis Istomin beat his rival in three straight, not as we said that this would happen in straight sets. Today have no large a selection of tennis games again. That’s why we will choose a game from ATP Tokyo, Japan as well known as Japan Open between Ivo Karlovic and Matthew Ebden. As we can see that the absolute favourite in this game is Ivo Karlovic but we don’t think so.
The Australian rocket - Matthew Ebden have shown an amazing performance on a hard court, whilst the Croatian rocket was not so convincing. From the beginning of the year, Ivo Karlovic was involved in 17 encounters on a hard as only nine games from all those games were won, while the Australian rocket has shown more impressive and incredible performance than his opponent from Croatia. Ebden has played 28 games on a hard as 16 of them are winning with great confidence.
We cannot say that Matthew Ebden is a clear outsider here because he has very good service movement his baseline game is perfect but one is sure that the Croatian rocket will try not to lose this game with a difference. The game should be chased on + games handicap or over games. We prefer to play Over 23.5 games with great quota 1.80 odds at Bet365.
Yesterday we did successful and amazing tips as Alexander Zverev beat the Swiss Rocket - Roger Federer in straight set - 6:4, 6:3. And we were right as we posted a tip which was going to be from Over/Under game marker 0 Under 22.5 Games. The next tournament which we will follow is ATP Cincinnati.
The 1995 Cincinnati Open, known by the corporate title of the Thriftway ATP Championships was a men's tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It took place in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. First-seeded Andre Agassi won the singles title. In this tournament to the first round will meet Ivo Karlovic and Jiri Vesely. Currently, Ivo Karlovic from Croatia stays in the 44th position, while Jiri Vesely from the Czech Republic is on the 52nd in ATP World Ranking.
Ivo Karlovic from the beginning of the year, he won 6 games and lose 7 games from all the 13 encounters. We expect Jiri Vesely to surprise us in a tough game against the player who is not in good condition right now. The games line is 25.5 Games. This is very good to try it on Under here.
Next game which we really want to predict is between ivo Karlovic from Croatia and Roberto bautista-Agut from Spain. Roberto did already some great games and we can say that he is already in a good condition. Roberto Bautista-Agut will host ivo Karlovic in ATP1000 Madrid, Spain.
An advantage is the one that puts fast service with the rocket. Another very important factor is the audience. The rest is very needy for the professional tennis tour. Roberto seems to be recovered and filled with energy and he is just outclassing all of the opponents he meets. We believe that Karlovic is an easy player, who is tired and have injury of ankle . A week ago he played against Aljaz Bedene and he was struck by the amazing two sets 2:0 (6-4,6-3).
It will be really interesting to see how these two players are going to play this game. We think that Roberto will be playing very carefully and he will not let his opponent make easy points. We guess that here Karlovic will help a lot with his appearance and Bautista-Agut will have no problems in taking the win with 4-5 games difference at least. We think the Spaniard will have a big lead with the audience.
After the very unlucky game last day between Viktor Troicki and Stan Wawrinka, where Troicki was serving for the set and then played a tie-break he lost the game with 2-0 and made our prediction wrong.
Today, the game which we liked most is from the ATP in Doha and it is between Ivo Karlovic and Fernando Verdasco. There is no doubt that it will be a tough game with many games as Karlovic is serving amazing. Last day he won against Karen Khachanov in Karlovic style 7-6, 7-6 and we think we might get a similar result here. Verdasco did the surprise in the last round against David Goffin. He won in straight sets but it was a tough game.
Now against Karlovic it will be even harder as the Croatian is one of the most unpredictable and dangerous opponents. It looks like that he is in a shape and if so he might win with difference though. It should be a problem for him to take a set and if he is serving good he must take the game too.
The new week has started and we have already seen some amazing games from the next Masters in Shanghai, China. Almost all the great players are on this tournament and lots of amazing games are expecting us.
The first game we chose for this week is the game between Ivo Karlovic and Vasek Pospisil. We know pretty well how both players are playing and we strongly believe that we are going to see many games here. It will be a long game with possibly three sets, but even if the sets are not three we are going to look at least 1 tie-break, which will make the games line above 22-23. The line is around 24-25 games and we are choosing the line of 24.5 games, which is perfect for us.
Karlovic did a good tournament, last week in Beijing. He played so many tie-breaks that I think the serie will continue here. If Karlovic was serving one idea better he could even won against Monfils, but he lost in two tie-breaks. I think that he will take this game but the win will be tough and possibly in three sets.
We have already did some great predictions from the tournament in Cincinnati. Unfortunately the prediction from the last night between Dolgopolov and Anderson finished with an injury and it was lost.
Tonight there are plenty of good games and we were much in trouble to choose the right one. After all, the game we saw and liked more was the game between Ivo Karlovic and Juan Monaco. The Giant from Croatia is in an incredible shape and form. He is winning game after game and it looks like he is playing his best tennis right now. He won second title for less than a month, this time in Los Cabos, Mexico and now he did a great attention to the fans all over the world. He is on 37 years old and he is still continuing playing and winning game after game. Actually with this service he posses it is not that hard to win the games easily. But the thing is that he is feeling great and he is playing with passion and confidence.
Against Juan Monaco it is going to be a tough game. First of all, Ivo Karlovic must use his service just like he used it in the past few tournaments. Second, he must be aware that Juan Monaco is a great base liner and he needs to figure out how to resist him. We are seeing this game as potential three setter. In the past 2 head to head games, both players did 2-1 sets games and if we follow the tradition we must see another three setter. Even if there are two sets, we are quite sure that Ivo Karlovic will make it at least to one tie-break.
