Another good winning tip yesterday, as the Latvian talent showed amazing results against her rival of Romania. The game was in two easy sets. The next interesting event which we liked and choose to predict for you is going to be again from ATP Eastbourne 2018 (Great Britain), Quarterfinal between Jelena Ostapenko and Agnieszka Radwanska.
The Latvian talent Jelena Ostapenko is coming off two sets won against Buzărnescu that took 15 games to decide the game. Ostapenko won 85% of his first serve points and 32% of his second serve points, moreover, he got 58% of his first serves in play. He was able to come away with all of the big points in the final set and really grind out a victory. Furthermore, he hopes to make the semifinal of an ATP Eastbourne 2018 (Great Britain).
Agnieszka Radwanska is coming off a straight-sets win against his rival of Russia - Karen Khachanov that took 31 games to decide the game. Kohlschreiber won 63% of his first serve points and 59% of his 2nd serve points, moreover, he continues to serve at an alien level, as he got 71% of his first serves in play.
The next tennis event which we liked to predict is coming from WTA, Australian Open between Kristyna Pliskova and Agnieszka Radwanska. The game will be held in Court 8 at Melbourne, Australia. Actually, in this game, we expect to see a surprise result. As we known, in the Grand Slam tournaments have lots of surprises and unpredictable game. According to the bookmakers, Radwanska is a clear favourite in this game but we don’t agree with them.
Let’s see some facts about these two young tennis players. Currently, Kristyna Pliskova is on the 61st position in the WTA world ranking, while the Polish Ace staying on 35th position. Against each other, both players are met one time so far in their careers since 8th April 2018 ATP Katowice, Poland as Radwańska beat her rival of the Czech Republic in straight sets 2:0 (6:3, 6:2). The Polish Ace reached four times quarterfinals in this amazing tournament, furthermore, she reached two times semifinals.
Today is a day again for incredible games in Dubai. The 3rd round of WTA Dubai, Catherine Bellis will meet Aga Radwanska. For us is very easy to predict this game, who will have to finish under 19 games.
Bellis is a young talented player who has the ability to become a future star but still she is just 17 years old and lacks experience against top players. Last season she played some WTA events but mostly she played on the ITF tour. Here she got two wins to better ranked player like Putintseva and Siegemund but Putintseva was coming after an injury and Sigemund is in misery form. Radwanska lost in Doha in the 2nd round but probably here she will play her best tennis.
She plays also good and she is enemy when it comes to play with players average like this girl today. She can play good from baseline, she can be more open to new things like droop shoots and easy volleys also.
A few days ago we wrote that the WTA Final tournament in Singapore is not that successful for us, but today there are only a few games from the ATP in Vienna and Basel and we hardly believe that we can choose something from there.
While in this game between Radwanska and Pliskova we are almost 100% sure that the game will be very matched. On these odds we will simply go for Pliskova to take a set because if she wants to go through the group stage she must only win the game, nothing else. Both players are with 1 win and 1 loss and the player who takes this game will go in the next stage. Radwanska looks better right now, maybe she will take this game but it will be very hard and the game for us is 50-50.
On these odds we are going for Pliskova to take a set, why not even to take the game. She is good player, she is having the best service in the WTA tour. Radwanska did not show a solid game against Muguruza and we can say that Muguruza lost the game because of the many unforced errors. We know that Pliskova has not won a single set against Radwanska but we believe that now is her time to do it.
Very good catch yesterday between the players of Jurgen Melzer and Roberto Bautista-Agut. Now we will go for the final WTA tour again with another pick of Radwanska as we have already a good observations on how she is playing.
This time, we will not make the mistake to go for her as she is not looking very solid at the moment. Garbine Muguruza played very good against Pliskova but she lost a won match. Now she must take this game against Radwanska if she wants to keep her chances of qualifying to the next stage. It will be really hard but we think that if she forgets the game against Pliskova, she will go and smash Radwanska.
Muguruza to take a set is a good option, but we will go for her to win this game. The odds are too big and we believe that this is very matched game for this game. To take a set is staked at around 1.70 which is not that bad as well.
The final World Tour in the WTA started and the first few games have been played already. There are two ATP tournaments so we will follow them, but for today, we would like to make a prediction from the final WTA tournament.
The game we are going to predict is between Agnieszka Radwanska and Svetlana Kuznetsova as it is first game from group white. The favourite for winning the group is exactly the Polish player but in the group are also the players Karolina Pliskova and Garbine Muguruza. Well the Spanish player is not in her best shape right now, while Pliskova is not that strong mentally. We think that with one 2-0 win for Radwanska she will make on 90% sure her first place, which will be her only aim for this tournament.
Svetlana Kuznetsova played a good tournament last week in Moscow. She won the title after she beat on the final Gavrilova but she had just a day to play the final and travel to Singapore. For us, she will not be 100% ready for this game and Radwanska who rested for more than week will take the game in straight sets.
