It was very unlucky that last night Yann Marti did not win his game against Luca Vanni as he was playing incredibly well in the second set but he did not manage to win against the very experienced Italian.
Today there are couple more games from the same Challenger and the first game which we really liked is between the young Greek and possibly a great future star Stefanos Tsitsipas and Egor Gerasimov from Belarus. Both players are the best in their countries but there is no doubt that Tsitsipas is having amazing chance of making it to the top 100. He is amazing player with great height and solid service. For us, he will be one of the future talents in the ATP tour as he is just 19 years old and the future is in front of him.
We used to watch both games of the players last day and we can say that if Tsitsipas is serving like he did it against Grigelis, he will left no chances to Gerasimov, who is very strong server as well and here we will see at least one tie-break. On these odds we will go for the Greek as he looks more motivated and confident here.
After the great win last night on the game between Chiudinelli and Berrettini, today we will try to make another pick on big odds as the next game we chose is between Luca Vanni and Yann Marti.
Interesting fact is that Vanni did a fabulous tournament last week in Brescia after he won the title against Laurynas Grigelis. He used lots of powers to take that game and now we are not very sure that he will have more energy to play on this last tournament for the year. Actually, this is the last week in the tennis ATP Challengers and from the next month there are mainly ITFs. We believe that we have all the chances to save the month here as in the last couple of days we are doing great tips.
This one sure be easy as Vanni is a player who is not that solid and stable this season. He might won a title last week but he is still just a player for us and he has no qualities in his game.
Unfortunately, we are not doing our best month as we conceded lots of losses and this will be the first month on negative ROI for a long time. Of course, there are still 7 more days and we will give our best so we can cover the losses so far.
The game which we are going to predict today is from the ATP Challenger in Andria, Italy. The game is between the Italian Matteo Berrettini and the Swiss player Marco Chiudinelli. Usually, the player from Switzerland is the better one but believe us, he is not in a good shape here and it will be really hard for him to take this game. Moreover, Berrettini did an awesome performance last day against Jankovits and today he will be very confident and motivated to grab the win.
Moreover, he is playing in Italy and this is always a plus which can be used. The role of the fans will be the key tonight and with the skills and qualities which posses Berrettini he has all the chances to make the surprise here.
It was a good caught last night when Dennis Nevolo won against Jared Hiltzik in a game from the first round of the Challenger in Columbus, USA. Today, we will skip this Challenger as there are not that good games and we will make a game from the ATP Challenger in Andria, Italy.
Actually, this week, in Andria, Italy and Astana, Kazakhstan there are better games than the USTA Series Challenger in Columbus, USA. The game we chose for today is between the players of Adrian Menendez-Maceiras and the representative of Croatia - Nikola Mektic. There is no doubt that here the Spanish is the better player and he must be favourite for winning this game. The problem is that he is not in his best shape as the bookies are seeing this and they are not giving him low odds, because surprise is expected. But for us, there is not going to be any surprise, as the Spanish is performing good on these final Challengers in Italy and we are expecting from him a good performance.
Furthermore, Nikola Mektic is playing below his average level of tennis. He is having just 1 win in the past 5 games as most of his games were played on clay. On hard courts, Mektic is a poor player and definitely Adrian Menendez-Maceiras is having better chances today. Even the head to head games are 2-0 for the Spanish.
We finished the last week with one great prediction between Rogerio Dutra Silva and Diego Schwartzman. This week we are continue with the Challengers as there are not so good Challengers, but there is one Challenger in Andria, Italy, one Challenger in Astana, Kazakhstan and one in Columbus, USA.
The first game which we liked is from the Challenger in Columbus and it is between the rising stars of the USA - Jared Hiltzik and Dennis Nevolo. Usually, Nevolo is the better player and he deserves better odds but as we think twice it is good that he is on such odds, because we can try and search him winning this game. The profit will be bigger and Jared Hiltzik is not that better as the bookies think. Actually, there was one head to head games a few months ago when Nevolo was favourite for winning the game but he lost with 2-1 sets.
Now I think that he will take revenge and will win this poor game as we may see again 3 sets. It will be tough and hard for predicting game, but I think that Nevolo who is more experienced too will take this game.
